Parking Systems has been awarded management of the City of Summit’s Commuter Parking for the Broad Street East Lot.
The Broad Street East lot is comprised of 60 Downtown Employee/Residential and 115 Non-Residential designated parking spaces.
Parking is available for non-resident commuters for $12/day. Parking is available Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. - 2 a.m. No overnight parking is permitted. Saturday and Sunday are free. The payment machine located in the lot accepts dollar coins, bills (exact change only), a major credit card, or payment through ParkMobile. With Parkmobile, all street meters and payment machines have either a sticker or sign with a QR code to scan and pay for your parking with your smart phone.
