2100 Hamilton

Parking Systems has partnered with 2100 Hamilton Condominiums to provide first-class valet parking services to residents. Parking Systems will also manage amentiy services, such as the building’s couresy car for travel throughout the City.

This lush retreat, with a nearly half acre private residential garden, offers stunning city views and strikes the perfect balance of Center City living with the peace of a park-like setting.

Chester County Justice Center

Parking Systems has been awarded the management of the Justice Center Parking garage owned by Chester County., which is comprised of 493 parking spaces.

Built in 2015, the garage is located on West Market between New & Darlington Streets at the West Chester Transit Center.

The facility consists of reserved parking for County vehicles, SEPTA bus route 92 and 86 spaces on the second floor for general public use with a pay station located near the elevator. The fee is $1 per hour between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Cash (bills or coins) or credit card may be used.

Parking is free after 5 pm everyday and all day weekends and holidays. 

Lansdale Transportation Center Garage

Parking Systems has been awarded the Parking Management of Lansdale Transportation Center Garage by the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority. The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority is a regional public transportation authority that operates various forms of public transit services—bus, subway and elevated rail, commuter rail, light rail and electric trolleybus—that serve 3.9 million people in five counties in and around Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Within the 687 parking space facility, Parking Systems will staff the garage and be responsible for the collection of revenues and facility maintenance.
