Parking Systems has been awarded management of the brand new Queens Borough Hall Municipal Parking Garage located at 80-25 126th Street, Kew Gardens, NY 11415. The facility contains 600 spaces (including 30 ADA-accessible spaces, 31 Level 2 charging spaces, and 3 DC fast charging spaces).

Parking Systems is proud to accounce the opening of its Beach 21st Street Garage, part of a new mixed-use construction project developed by The Community Builders. The full automated garage has 96 parking spaces. The 10-story building encompasses 226,000 SF and provides much needed affordable housing, community facility and retail space as part of the revitalization of downtown Far Rockaway. The building will have 224 apartments with extensive amenities. Residents have access to on-site laundry, parking, fitness rooms and a rooftop with panoramic ocean views.
