Parking Systems Health has been awarded valet parking services for Northwell Health, consisting of fifteen (15) hospital and outpatient facilities.
Northwell Health is New York State’s largest health care provider and private employer, with 23 hospitals and over 650 outpatient facilities. With 66,000 employees – 15,000+ nurses and about 3,900 physicians, including more than 2,800 members of Northwell Health Physician Partner, they care for over 2 million patients annually.
Parking Systems Health will provide hospitality infused valet parking and greeter services. For this operation, Parking Systems Health has partnered with ElimiWait Parking to offer text ahead vehicles retrieval to all of the parking patrons and real-time customer feedback modules.

Parking Systems has been awarded the contract for NYCB LIVE, home of the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum Presented By New York Community Bank.
The full service parking management company will be responsible for operating the parking experience, which includes ensuring a smooth flow of arrivals and departures, overseeing the logistics of traffic management, and maximizing the use of parking spaces. Parking Systems was founded in 1975 and services more than 350 locations nationwide, including more than 100 locations throughout Long Island.
To allow for a quicker and smoother arrival at NYCB LIVE, home of the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum, guests will now have the option to add a parking pass when purchasing their event tickets online. Those who purchase a parking pass in advance will proceed through a separate designated lane at each entrance. The entry process has been overhauled and updated to now include parking pass scanning technology for both mobile phones and paper passes. Additionally, for those purchasing parking on the day of the event, credit cards will now be accepted. All of these enhancements will create a more efficient entry process.

The Ford Parking Lot, which is the new name for the parking lot at NYCB LIVE, will open two hours in advance of an event and there will be designated spots for Veterans, patrons with disabilities, and VIPs. Parking prices will vary by type of event. For events where parking is more than $20, Ford will provide support by offering a limited quantity of specially priced passes at $20 each (online purchases only). The remaining passes purchased in advance will have a 10% discount applied to that event’s parking price. Those who have already purchased event tickets will receive a link to add prepaid parking, beginning this Friday with Billy Joel ticket holders. All other ticket holders will receive an email next week to purchase parking for their respective event.
For the first month, BSE will work with renowned traffic expert Sam Schwartz, President and CEO of Sam Schwartz Engineering, to consult on the traffic flow during ingress and egress for Ford Parking Lot. Schwartz is a leading expert in traffic and transportation planning, having consulted on a number of projects around the country, including Barclays Center, World Trade Center, Museum Campus in Chicago, and Red Bull Arena in Harrison, NJ.
Parking Systems is excited to announce the Grand Opening of Jake’s 58 Hotel & Casino by Delaware North. Jake’s 58, located in Islandia, NY, will consist of 1,000 gaming machines, 227 hotel rooms and a 190 seat restaurant. Parking Systems will be providing 24/7 valet service, with a parking lot capacity of over 600 valet vehicles. The fee for parking will be $7.

Parking Systems has been awarded the operation of the Douglaston Long Island Railroad Station. Located 14 miles from Manhattan’s Penn Station, this 100 vehicle facility, is part of the Long Island Railroad’s Port Washington Branch.
Daily and monthly parking is available and the lot’s convenient location also allows for Park n Ride to Citi Field for events. This facility will be open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with an attendant on-site Monday-Sunday from 5 am until 11 pm.
